Emmett Public Safety Officers have a male subject in custody after alleged stabbing in the City of Marshall.
Emmett Township Public Safety Officers have a 30 y.o. Albion man in custody after a broadcast was put out about an alleged stabbing that occurred at the Loves Truck Stop 18720 Partello Road in Marshall.
Emmett Officers located the suspect vehicle on I-94 near Beadle Lake Road going west bound. Emmett units attempted to affect a traffic stop on the vehicle; however the suspect would not pull over.
After a short pursuit, the suspect pulled over on I-94 near Capital Ave where Emmett and Battle Creek units took the suspect into custody without incident.
The suspect was transported to the Calhoun County Jail on several charges and the incident is under investigation by the City of Marshall Police Department.
